Is bidding or buying free?
Yes — only sellers pay the membership. Browsing, bidding and buying are completely free for everyone.
Are there any other fees?
No success fees, no listing fees, no commission. The flat $9.99/mo membership is all you pay to list.
Does Firebid take payment from buyers?
No. Firebid is a community marketplace — buyers and sellers arrange payment and pickup directly. Cash on pickup is the recommended default.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your listings stay live until the end of your billing period, after which new listings require a fresh subscription.
How is GST handled?
Firebid uses Stripe to calculate, collect and remit Australian GST on your membership fee at checkout — you don't have to do anything.
