Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to purchases of the Firebid Seller Membership, processed on our behalf by our payment provider, Stripe. It does not apply to private transactions between Firebid members — those are arranged directly between buyer and seller and are not handled by Firebid or Stripe.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Seller Membership purchases. If you're not satisfied with your membership, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date or renewal date. New sellers also receive a 7-day free trial before any charge is made — you can cancel during the trial at no cost.
How to request a refund
Email support@firebid.com.au with the email address used at checkout and the approximate date of purchase, and we'll process the refund through Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
Cancellations
You can cancel your Seller Membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for. Existing live auctions you have created run to completion even after your membership ends.
Outside the 14-day window
Refund requests made after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. This policy does not limit any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
